International Diploma in
Credit Management
COURSE DELIVERY
The course is delivered over a fifteen week term. With weekly lectures from 6pm to 8pm every Monday evening, where you can attend live or get the recording afterwards.
You receive notes, audio files, video files weekly tests and assignments and a final assignment. There is no written exam at the end.

COURSE DETAILS
This is a whole new course designed as a practical qualification for credit professionals. THe focus is on applying the learning to get measurable results and contains a number of elements and supports to help. The term starts with an initial get together either in person in UCD Belfield or via Zoom. The event will be live streamed and recorded, in case you are not able to make it. After that you can work from home at your own pace, with the support of our expert tutors. You will receive weekly notes, workbooks and tests to complete and return for correction.
The course runs through blended learning, a style of education in which students learn via electronic and online media as well as traditional face-to-face teaching.
Throughout the process you have access to our tutors and Industry experts, who are always on hand to give help, advice and encouragement, with course material and any real world issue that you are having difficulty with. As they are experienced Credit Managers, they are happy to give help and advice.
This year sees the addition of an AI module specifically for credit, that gives the student an insight to what is possible with AI and what has to be done to get there.

On successful completion of your Diploma in Credit Management, you can decide to go ahead to complete a second year, that leads to an Advanced Diploma in Credit Management While the Diploma focuses on credit management, the Advanced Diploma focuses on the Management of people, teams and the credit function, and focuses on what you have to be, do and have to be an excellent Credit Manager.
