Excellence in
Credit Control

To succeed in Credit Control, you have to build your function on strong foundations, and this course will give you the step-by-step guide as to how to do this.

The starting point is the leads your sales people are following up on, I recommend you credit check the significant potential accounts before any time is wasted on pursuing customers you will never open an account for. The finishing point is always money in the bank.

This course is specially designed for anyone dealing with B2B credit.  It concentrates on delivering excellence at every level. It includes walking the fine line between Finance and Sales, working together to keep customers happy, paying and buying more.
